HOW IT WORKS
How to become a member
Membership is free and open to everyone. Simply create an account on our webshop: Sign up
Once your account is created, you are automatically a member and can start earning points right away.
Terms:
- You must accept the membership terms in order to become a member. You can find them here.
- You must also agree to receive emails, so we can send you information and offers related to your membership.
Earning points
Earn 1 point for every krone spent
You also earn points for writing product reviews and for completing your profile.

Points can be earned on purchases both online and in our stores. Just remember to provide your email in-store to receive your points.
Points are awarded after completed payment and are not earned on cancelled or refunded orders.
Additional points may be earned via campaigns, reviews, or other activities we announce.
Redeeming points
You earn points continuously, and several times a year we convert your points into vouchers, giving you extra value from your purchases.
Points are converted according to the following scale:
- 1000 points = 50 DKK
- 2000 points = 100 DKK
- 3000 points = 150 DKK
- 4000 points = 200 DKK
- 5000 points = 250 DKK
- 6000 points = 300 DKK
Points can be redeemed as vouchers that you can use for future purchases.
Several times a year, we convert your earned points into vouchers, so you get extra value as a loyal customer.
You will receive an email with information about how much your points have been converted into each time a conversion takes place.
Unredeemed points do not expire and remain in your balance.
Vouchers have a validity period and can be used once. The expiration date will be clearly stated when your voucher is issued.

Please note that it may take a few days before new points appear.
Additional terms
Points cannot be transferred, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
FAQ
Where and how can I use my vouchers?
Vouchers can be used as payment in all of our stores and in the webshop.
Your available vouchers will be visible in your account under the Loyalty Program section. You need to be logged into your account to access this.
In-store, simply inform the staff that you have a voucher and show it to them. Remember that vouchers must be used before the expiration date.
Do I earn points when I use a voucher?
Yes, you earn points on the amount you pay after the voucher has been deducted.
Example: If you buy for 400 DKK and use a voucher of 50 DKK, you earn points on 350 DKK.
Can I choose to use one voucher at a time if I have multiple?
Only one discount code/voucher can be used per order.
Can I use vouchers on discounted items?
Yes, vouchers can be used as payment for products even if they are already discounted.
Can I use vouchers for services such as engraving and ear piercing?
Yes, vouchers can be used as payment for all purchases, including services.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
No, there is no upper limit on how many points you can earn.
Do I earn points if I pay with a gift card?
Yes, you earn points when you pay with a gift card.
But you do not earn points when purchasing gift cards, only when redeeming them.
What happens to my points from the previous program?
Points from the previous program have already been converted into vouchers and sent to customers. These vouchers have now expired. If you have questions regarding your expired points, please contact our customer service
Can I get points added afterwards?
- No, it is not possible to add points afterwards.
- If you believe an error has occurred in the points allocation, please contact customer service.
What happens if I don’t use my voucher?
If you do not use your voucher before the expiration date, it will no longer be valid. We will send you reminders via email to help you remember to use it in time.
