Job description

We are looking for an extrovert, motivated and positive store assistant, who loves to sell, loves jewelry and who loves to give our customers the best possible experience - to help us during the Christmas period.  

You will be working in our flagship store in Copenhagen on Købmagergade. 

Your main areas of responsibility: 

• Serve our customers - it's important that you are very proactive; speak and give all our customers the best possible byBiehl experience
• Help making sure that we reach our sales targets for the stores 
• Make sure that the stores are always presentable and 'sales ready'
• Be passionate, accommodating and positive torwards customers and be representable for byBiehl
• Ad hoc tasks during the less busy hour

 

Qualifications and personal profile

The person we are looking for have experience either from a retail store or maybe as waiter at a restaurant. You love to speak with customers and have lots of positive energy. Furthermore, you  must love to work in a store, love sales, be flexible and have a 'can do' attitude. 

About you:

• You are extrovert, smiling and love to talk to people and to sell 
• You easily small talk with people and find it easy to walk up to a customer and start a conversation 
• You have professional experience, either from a store or a restaurant
• You work independently, you are responsible, organized and proactive 
• You are flexible when it comes to working hours - week days, evening, weekend and holidays 
• You are a problem solver and you help when there's a need for it. E.g. you would always help taking a shift if one of your colleagues is sick
• You are fluent in English (it's a plus if you speak Danish, but it's not a requirement) 
• You are over 18 years

 

Place of work: Copenhagen K

Work hours: 15-20 hours/week during Christmas period.
From January 2026 it will be possible with on-call shifts.
