We want to help give back to our beautiful world.

Our jewelry collection Jungle Ivy is not only intended to celebrate the beauty of the earth through its delicate designs. It also has an even more important purpose - to give back to nature!

Beautiful thoughts are good, but action is even better.

That’s why we plant the world’s most CO2-hungry tree, the mangrove, for every Jungle Ivy piece of jewelry sold!

Mangroves were chosen because they absorb 50 times as much CO2 as other tropical trees. “Trees can help save us. And when we learned that mangrove trees currently make up less than 1% of the world’s tropical rainforests, choosing mangroves was an obvious choice. They actually act as the rainforest’s CO2 ‘vacuums’, so every new mangrove is truly needed,” emphasizes Charlotte Biehl.

The trees are planted in Madagascar and Indonesia, benefiting not only the environment. This is also a socioeconomic project that helps provide jobs for local people and trains them to become experts in growing mangrove trees.
