Christmas

Will I get my order by Christmas?

Below are the final order dates to ensure delivery before Christmas.

Denmark: December 19th (14:00)

Rest of the EU: December 12th

Please note that any transit delays after your order leaves our warehouse must be addressed with the shipping carrier. We will do everything we can to ensure your gifts arrive on time.

Can I return Christmas gifts?

We offer an extended return period until January 24th, 2026. This applies to all orders placed from November 15th to December 23rd.

Do you provide gift wrapping?

All products are shipped gift wrapped in branded boxes. You can also add gift bags from your shopping cart, or here.

Is your delivery delayed?

Our shipping partners are still experiencing some delays. Most orders are processed as normal, but some shipments are still waiting to be scanned at the parcel centers. This may result in additional delivery time. Thank you for your patience.

Orders

When will you send my package/how long will it take before I receive my goods?

We aim to ship your order within 24 hours. You should receive your package within 2 working days.

Discount codes

You enter the discount code at the final step of checkout.

Some discount codes are not valid on fine jewelry, Essentials, or already discounted items.

If you have not received your welcome discount code, please check your spam folder.

My package hasn't arrived?

If you have not received your package after 3 working days, you can track your package via the tracking number you received when the package was sent. Otherwise, please contact us.

What happens if I forget to collect my package?

If you forget to pick up your parcel, it will automatically be sent back to us. Once we have received your package, you will be contacted by our customer service.

I have received a wrong piece of jewelry, or a piece of jewelry missing from my package

Please use our returns portal and select "claim" to speed up your case.

Can I cancel my order?

If you regret your purchase, you must contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If the order has already been shipped, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel the order.

Gift cards

Gift cards issued by byBiehl can only be used at www.bybiehl.com and in our Flagship store in Copenhagen (Købmagergade).

Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is clearly stated on the gift card. It is only possible to use one gift card per buy at www.bybiehl.com.

Returns

How do I return my order?

Use our digital Return Portal.

Please note – it costs 39 DKK to use our return label. The amount will be deducted from your refund.

Items purchased on bybiehl.com can be returned free of charge in our store on Købmagergade in Copenhagen. If you wish to use your own return label, you must complete your request in the return portal and select the option ‘use own label’ at the end.

Please note that we do not accept returns in person at our address, and parcels must therefore not be placed in our mailbox.

What is your return policy?

At byBiehl.com, there is a 30-day return policy.

  • 0–14 days: Exchange, refund, or store credit
  • 0–30 days: Exchange or store credit

This applies from the date of shipment and 30 days onwards. If the jewelry is for a gift, please note in the comments field when the gift should be given.

If you do not want your item, it must be sent within the period in its original packaging and condition.

Extended return policy

As a general rule, the extended return period only applies to Christmas. Exceptions can be made by agreement with customer service.

Can I exchange my jewelry for another one?

We recommend that you return the jewelry you don't want to us and then make a new purchase on our webshop.

We will credit the amount to the card used for the purchase or create a credit certificate that you can use for the new purchase when we receive your package.

Can an item purchased on your webshop be exchanged at one of your retailers?

As a general rule, you cannot return items purchased on our website to our retailers. We recommend that you contact the individual retailer to inquire about this option.

I regret my purchase, how do I return it?

You return your item by sending it in its original packaging and condition with a delivery note and completed return form to:

We ask that you deliver returns in person to our address and that you place packages in our mailbox.

I want to return, but I have exceeded the 30-day return period?

After 14 days we do not offer a refund. Instead we can offer store credit for our webshop or flagship store in Copenhagen.

Can I have the money deposited onto a specific card?

When crediting, the money will be deposited to the card used for the purchase. Unfortunately, we do not have the option to deposit the money to a specific card.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

The processing time will normally be 2-10 business days from the time we receive the package. We will contact you when your return has been processed.

How long does it take for the amount to be credited to my account?

You should see the money in your account within 2-5 business days. If this is not the case, please contact your bank.

Reclamations

My piece of jewelry is broken. What do I do?

Should your piece of jewelry accidentally break, please contact customer service at customerservice@bybiehl.com with your order number and clear pictures of the piece of jewelry.

As a customer, you have a 2-year warranty. We would like to point out that we reserve the right not to accept complaints without the original proof of purchase. We ask that you deliver complaints personally to our address and that you place packages in our mailbox.

How is my complaint processed?

Each complaint is assessed individually. We do not accept complaints where the jewelry has suffered obvious damage. Furthermore, we would like to point out that there is no right of complaint on gold-plated jewelry where the coating has faded.

How long will it take for my complaint to be processed?

Your complaint should be processed 2-10 business days after we have received your package. Please note that processing times may be extended during busy periods.
