TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ORDER PROCESSING
When you have ordered an item on our webshop and completed the payment, you will subsequently receive an order confirmation at the email address you have provided. When we have processed your order and it is ready to ship, the payment will be deducted from your account. We will also enclose a copy of your invoice with your order.

DELIVERY
Shipments to Denmark will be shipped the next business day and delivered within 2-3 business days. Delivery to the rest of Scandinavia takes about 2-5 business days from the time the order is received until the package arrives. Delivery outside Scandinavia can take up to 5 business days. All products are shipped gift-wrapped.

There is free shipping to the nearest GLS parcel shop on all orders over 400 DKK. Free shipping is without distribution and a shipment will therefore not be delivered to the address in question. If delivery to the address in question is desired, a delivery fee of 39-99 DKK is required.

SHIPPING
There is free shipping to the nearest GLS parcel shop in Denmark for orders of at least DKK 400. There is free shipping to the nearest PostNord parcel shop in Denmark for orders of at least DKK 1000. Orders under DKK 400 will be charged a shipping fee of DKK 39-99 for orders within Denmark.

For orders shipped outside of Denmark, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order value, delivery address, and shipping method.

CLICK & COLLECT
We reserve the right to cancel "Click & Collect" orders that are not collected within 10 business days of the "Ready for Collection" date.

PAYMENT
We accept the following payment and credit cards: Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, JCB and American Express. Customers who use credit cards for payment may be charged a payment fee by the provider. The payment will be withdrawn as soon as the package has been shipped from our warehouse. All prices on www.bybiehl.com are incl. VAT.

SECURITY
byBiehl uses QuickPay as its payment system. All payment-related data sent between your browser and www.bybiehl.com is encrypted.

GIFT
CARDS Gift cards issued by byBiehl can only be used at www.bybiehl.com. The expiration date of a gift card is clearly stated on the gift card. It is only possible to use one gift card per purchase at www.bybiehl.com. The gift card cannot be used to purchase new gift cards.

DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes may not be applicable on selected products during special promotions. Discount codes cannot be combined; one discount code per order.

RETURNS
We offer a 30-day full right of return from the day the products have been delivered. The jewelry must be received within 30 days at byBiehl in order for them to be returned. Returned jewelry must be in original packaging and condition. If we assess that the jewelry(s) have been used, the return will be rejected. The sender is responsible for the costs associated with the return. byBiehl products purchased from one of byBiehl's dealers cannot be returned to byBiehl's office address. When returning products purchased via www.bybiehl.com, a copy of the confirmation of the products must be enclosed. If a product is to be exchanged for another, a copy of the corresponding invoice must be enclosed, and the product(s) to be exchanged must be stated. Engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged.

We ask that you deliver returns in person to our address and that you place packages in our mailbox.

REJECTION OF ORDERS
We reserve the right to reject orders in the following cases:

·       Frequent Returns: If you as a customer have a history of frequent returns of items, we reserve the right to refuse future orders. This applies both if the items are returned in an unsaleable condition or if the returns do not comply with our return policy.

·       Abuse of the right to return: If we believe that a customer is abusing our right to return, for example by repeatedly returning goods without a valid reason, we may choose to reject orders from this customer. We reserve the right to assess each case individually.

a. Order Rejection Criteria
We assess the frequency of returns based on several factors, including:

·       The number of returned items per order.

·       The frequency of returns in relation to the number of purchases made.

·       The reason for the return (e.g. defective goods, wrong size, etc.).

b. Communication upon Order Rejection
If we reject an order due to a history of frequent returns, we will inform you by email. We will also provide you with the reason for the rejection and any possible steps you can take to access our products in the future.

COMPLAINTS
In accordance with the Danish Sales Act, byBiehl provides a 2-year right of complaint. The right of complaint covers manufacturing and material defects that are detected during normal use of the product, and
does not cover wear and tear and damage that has arisen directly or indirectly as a result of incorrect use or lack of maintenance. Complaints about defects and deficiencies must be reported to customerservice@bybiehl.com as soon as possible after purchase, after which it will be agreed how the complaint will be rectified. In connection with complaint cases, byBiehl pays return costs within a reasonable scope.

BYBIEHL CLUB
We reserve the right to change the terms of the loyalty program (byBiehl Club).

CHANGES
byBiehl reserves the right to make changes to content, prices and information on www.bybiehl.com without prior notice.

FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE PROMOTIONS
If you return your order that included a free gift with purchase, you must also return the gift; otherwise the price of the item will be deducted from your refund.

Furthermore, byBiehl reserves the right to accept or cancel all orders, and only when the order has been accepted by byBiehl is a purchase agreement considered to have been concluded (cf. Section 9 of the Danish Contracts Act).
