The gift card can be used in our webshop. The gift card is delivered by e-mail and contains instructions for how to use the gift card in the webshop.
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from and including the date of purchase. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

According to the Danish Sales Act, byBiehl provides a 2-year right of complaint. The right of complaint includes manufacturing and material defects that are detected during normal use of the product. Read more here.

We have a strong focus on the quality of byBiehls jewelry. All byBiehls jewelry has many details that are made by hand.
And there is a focus on delicious organic shapes; and a nice back of the jewelry.
Gold-plated jewelry has an extra strong gold plating and a protective nano-coating and silver jewelry is coated with the precious metal rhodium.
In order for the jewelry to last as long as possible, we recommend that you take good care of it.
