byBiehl offers a 30-day return policy from the day the products are delivered.
The right of return applies to both online orders and purchases made in our flagship stores.

Complaints
Has your jewelry been damaged? Click here and submit your complaint.
We guide you here for your exchange or return.
- Returned jewelry must be in original packaging and condition.
- It is important to enclose the delivery note and the return slip that are included in the shipment.
- If we determine that the jewelry(s) has been used, the return will be rejected.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
Return process
1. Place the unused items in the original packaging.
2. Register your return: byBiehl Returns & Exchanges
3. Drop off the package at a post office near you.
4. You will hear from us once we have handled your return/exchange.
By using a return label provided by us, a fee of DKK 39 will be deducted from your refund.
*This fee does not apply to complaints.
If you decide to use your own return label,
please fill out the registration form above. Please send your return package with a tracking number, as you are responsible for the package until it is delivered and received by us. If the package should get lost or delayed in transit, the tracking number will be your help.
1. Pack the jewelry securely and enclose the completed return form and the delivery note.
2. Please send your returned goods directly to our office address:

3. Drop off the package at a post office near you.
4. You will hear from us once we have handled your return/exchange.
Please note that returns may not be delivered in person to our address or placed in our mailbox. byBiehl also does not collect return packages sent to post offices or parcel shops, and all costs associated with the return are borne by the sender.
Exchange
Exchange is possible for a fee of 39 kroner.
Refunds
We can only refund the money to the same card used for purchase.
Processing time
Please note that there is a processing time of up to 10 business days for returns/exchanges/complaints.
*Please allow extra processing time for returns and exchanges during January.
Gifts
Gifts can be returned no later than 14 days after the gift is given.
Jewelry purchased from a retailer
If you have received a byBiehl piece of jewelry purchased from one of our retailers, you must contact the retailer in question.
Free gift with purchase promotions
If you return your order that included a free gift with purchase, you must also return the gift; otherwise the price of the item will be deducted from your refund.
Rejection of orders
We reserve the right to refuse orders in the following cases:
- Frequent Returns: If you as a customer have a history of frequent returns of items, we reserve the right to refuse future orders. This applies both if the items are returned in an unsaleable condition or if the returns do not comply with our return policy.
- Abuse of the right to return: If we believe that a customer is abusing our right to return, for example by repeatedly returning goods without a valid reason, we may choose to reject orders from this customer. We reserve the right to assess each case individually.
Order Rejection Criteria
We assess the frequency of returns based on several factors, including:
- The number of returned items per order.
- The frequency of returns in relation to the number of purchases made.
- The reason for the return (e.g. defective goods, wrong size, etc.).
Order Rejection Communication
If we reject an order due to a history of frequent returns, we will inform you via email. We will also provide you with the reason for the rejection and any possible steps you can take to access our products in the future.
