Refund policy
byBiehl offers a 30-day full right of return from the day the products were delivered. We guide you here for your exchange or return.
Extended return policy applies on orders placed between November 15th and Christmas. You may return or exchange orders placed between these dates until January 24th, 2026.
Returned jewelry must be in its original packaging and condition. It is important to enclose the delivery note and the return slip that came with the shipment. If we judge that the jewelry/jewelry has been used, the return will be rejected.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
Return process
For orders within Denmark:
1. Put the unused goods in the original packaging.
2. Click here to register your return: byBiehl Returns & Exchange
By using a return label provided by us, a fee of DKK 39 will be deducted from your refund.
*This fee does not apply to exchanges or complaints.
Outside Denmark:
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when shipping items over 70 EUR. This will ensure that we receive your returned item.
Note: We ask that you hand in your returns to our address and that you place the packages in our mailbox.
1. Pack the jewelry securely and enclose a completed return form and the delivery note.

We would like to point out that byBiehl does not collect return packages sent to post offices or parcel shops. The sender is responsible for the costs associated with the return.
3. Deliver the package to a post office near you.
4. You will hear from us when we have processed your return/exchange. - We can only refund the money to the same card used for the purchase. - Please note that there is a processing time of up to 10 working days for returns/exchanges/complaints.
*Please allow extra processing time for returns and exchanges during January.
Order rejection
We reserve the right to reject orders in the following cases:
Frequent returns: If you as a customer have a history of frequent returns of goods, we reserve the right to reject future orders. This applies both if the goods are returned in an unsaleable condition or if the returns do not comply with our return policy.
Abuse of the right to return: If we believe that a customer is abusing our right to return, for example by repeatedly returning goods without a valid reason, we may choose to reject orders from that customer. We reserve the right to assess each case individually.
Criteria for rejecting orders
We assess the return rate based on several factors, including:
The number of returned goods per order.
The return rate in relation to the number of purchases made.
The reason for the return (e.g. defective goods, wrong size, etc.).
Communication in the event of order rejection
If we reject an order due to a history of frequent returns, we will inform you by email. We will also inform you of the reason for the rejection and any steps you can take to access our products in the future.
Jewelry purchased from a retailer
If you have received a byBiehl jewelry purchased from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer in question.
Click & Collect:
We reserve the right to cancel "Click & Collect" orders that are not collected within 10 days of the "Ready for Collection" date.
