Shipping policy

1. Shipping
Shipping to Denmark is dispatched the same business day and is usually delivered either the next day or the day after.
Delivery to the rest of Scandinavia takes approximately 2–5 business days from when we process your order until it arrives at your address.
Delivery outside Scandinavia can take between 2–7 business days.

*Orders placed in connection with Black Friday and Christmas may be subject to extended delivery times.

Below are the final order dates to ensure delivery before Christmas.

Please note that any transit delays after your order leaves our warehouse must be addressed with the shipping carrier. We will do everything we can to ensure your gifts arrive on time. Due to extraordinary demand, please expect a delivery time of up to 5 business days.

All products are securely packed and delivered in exclusive byBiehl gift boxes.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.
We offer free shipping when purchasing above a minimum amount in the following countries.

• Denmark: Free shipping on orders over DKK 400

• Germany + Austria: Free shipping on orders over €100

• EU Zone 1+2: Free shipping on orders over €100

• EU Zone 3: Free shipping on orders over €150

• Canada: Free shipping on orders over €100

• UK: Free shipping on orders over €320 (Minimum order value for shipments to the United Kingdom is €160)

3. Click & Collect / Pickup in store:
Click & Collect orders are reserved for 10 business days. If the order is not collected within 10 business days from the “Ready for pickup” date, it will be cancelled.

All products are shipped in gift boxes.
